I haven't gotten a single PR this year. I contacted Steve C previously and he indicated that everything was fine on Lightwave's end, I should not have an issue. I believe this is an actual problem which needs to be addressed. When I tried to re-ad my old email address it would not send a password to my email. Nothing is going to my Spam folder by accident.
I just added another email address and that one (also a gmail account) did receive the password.
