You will see EXACTLY what you are saying..and What I am saying. This is bizarre trading action where it literally shows the exact same share counts first traded at around 20 and then the exact same total share count a little before 11.
The first traunche of shares totaling 125.5 mil went off at .0001 PPS. Those same shares traded hands at a prearranged 5 digit trade and then the rest resold at .0001. The bid would NEVER be touched as it was prearranged and appears literally like the same 125 mil shares (are accounting like 250mil went off).
The rest of the shares went off at .0002. PPS.
The reality is - the loading zone has been .0002-0003. I'm not sure who ended up with 1's. but it doesn't appear that anyo of us retail are getting them with ease. I have plenty on the bid at trip 1. I would like someone to dump their share into me :) This hasn't even had a material event yet and reminds me of so many that had a few false moves before finally getting a NVSOS or OTC fling and then this easily tests news highs beyond that of .0019 PPS.
