To grow and sell to a dispensary in Canada or the US you have to be licensed by the Canadian gov't? or US State. So the fact that they're licensed means they have a large enough operation to buy larger Grozone units (More revenue $$$ and larger exposure of the Grozone name to the public). Un-licensed I would assume it would be for individual growers or a small Grozone unit so this is really good news that there are three more licensed producers interested!
