Both might actually be the short-mid term plan, but they need to decide on which one first.

Which location has the greater odds of being a success, along with being easier to travel to and from? If any of the key team members have connections/family in one of these cities, that might tip the scale as well... but there is no way for us to know that. Roger might consider this tho.

Im leaning towards Chicago.
