you know what i see as telling .. because the pattern is *replayed* on PTOI .. is NRs' algos have *sourced* some info
when they *stack* the ask side and then engender those UCs on the ask .. 99% of which are *elastic/abusive*
i.e. .. size *visible* never adjusts .. ;)

EOD yesterday .. note the UC @ 045 .. and up the line to the well known *decoy* master of elasticity .. VNDM @ 051 .. in place since P2O sourced the $600,000 last August and MOU
8k'd in Sept for that southern site

.. set up done .. after i suspect this analyst report covering *global* growth in this emerging sector
(2017 - 2022) .. appears to have been released and *sourced* by CEs

Yet NITE doesn't represent everyone selling, they are just one MM and they certainly do not have any idea of INTERNALIZED orders at the broker level until the transaction is reported. The two tier market is NOT an exchange and doesn't work the way as you have implied.
