Of course there is a double standard! And yes I can agree the CEO should be held to a higher standard, however, James doesn't have the LUXURY of talking out of both sides of his mouth as shareholders do!! THAT'S THE DOUBLE STANDARD! :-(

You see, one day a shareholder can BASH James and NSAV for any number of reasons because they are hoping to get CHEAPER SHARES!! (Like 8s for instance). But then, the next day, that same shareholder can PUMP UP James and NSAV so they can, subsequently, sell those cheaper bought shares at a higher price. And some try to do that AD NAUSEAM!! And the longs get hurt by them doing so. :-(

I can respect holding the CEO to a higher standard. I just don't like the bs from people that hold unreal expectations. In the same respect, anyone who holds the CEO accountable should also hold themselves accountable in their actions and communication! Fair is fair!

Goals are important for any business. Having plans in place to execute those goals is also important, as well as for plans to be left open to change for all reasons/setbacks to include financial, staffing, other pending deals, etc.

James puts out information advising plans for the company to show how the company is advancing and direction he is taking it. I can safely say I speak for all Smart investors when I say this is much appreciated and encourage him to continue!

I appreciate the open lines of communication from leaders of companies as James is exercising. I believe this gives the shareholders and potential investors another avenue to gain necessary information, research, etc. to make better decisions how to move forward for themselves. It seems Twitter and Facebook is one of the best ways to reach people these days as technology has proven to us it allows us to better research and reach out to people!

Bottom line: James is excited about all he's doing for the company and the direction he's taking it. He's doing a lot in a little amount of time. Because of all the irons in the fire at once, there's going to be road blocks and delays, minor mistakes even! That's life! No different than goals you have personally, there's going to be road blocks and setbacks you face along the way that requires you to change the original plan. Just keep this in mind before posting anywhere about him "not keeping his promises" because he is following through with everything he has said he would!

Let him run his business - It makes us money!!!
