Of course there is a double standard! And yes I can agree the CEO should be held to a higher standard, however, James doesn't have the LUXURY of talking out of both sides of his mouth as shareholders do!! THAT'S THE DOUBLE STANDARD!

You see, one day a shareholder can BASH James and NSAV for any number of reasons because they are hoping to get CHEAPER SHARES!! (Like 8s for instance). But then, the next day, that same shareholder can PUMP UP James and NSAV so they can, subsequently, sell those cheaper bought shares at a higher price. And some try to do that AD NAUSEAM!! And the longs get hurt by them doing so.
