Please Read the Promissory conversion note from PIXEL MAGS to SPCL ... its clear 6 M $ and if SPCL does not return it by 2019 it will be Paying in 60B shares 0.00001 to Pixel mags ....

The only way if SPCL this to covert into shares into own company then we have no problem.... and that's what happening here and now .

How do we have 11 billion shares currently?
5,081,210,431 would raise well well well over 1.5 million dollars?
