I am amaze that anyone would believe that in 2014 Ganthet paid VLDI $400,000 other than as an investment. An investment that Bruce (Ganthet) made in VLDI and collected 10 % interest on. If this was to pay for development work for the Messaging App and license agreement with VLDI, why was it not recorded that way back then? It appears obvious that all this stuff is made up as they go along. So Bruce (Ganthet) now gets a messaging App that no one knows what it actually cost VLDI to produce. Did it cost more than $400K? So if it cost $400k we did not make a single penny in real income from that transaction. All funny accounting after the fact. Like I said before shady accounting!
