Judge has put her stamp on this case
Try not to grind on the 90 day thing, note the verbiage in bold below. Action will be taken to acquire the transcript of exactly what happened on April 18-19 as soon as possible, if I have to buy it myself.
We are coming to the end of a long nightmare at the hands of an unjust system (in my opinion). When this is over, I believe we can count on a press release from the company explaining the results of the testing and the judge's final ruling in our favor. Once that is done, then everything that has been put on hold for the last 6 months, whatever that is, will be allowed to be made public
Try to remember that this stock was solidly at or above 50 cents before the FTC complaint was announced in early November. I expect this stock to go right back to 50 cents again when this is over. After that, any kind of large orders will drive the price right back over a dollar again. The float is almost non-existent.
Time will tell, but not as much time as some folks think
