Yes, and I have seen this video in the past. And its a possibility Akorn / Hi-Tech is the Rx ANDA holder, we just don't know (yet). What we do know is they do manufacture fluticasone propionate, and they did sell Fluticare. The only issue is Dr D didnt state they manufactured it in the interview. I assume they did/still do manufacture Fluticare, but that would only be an assumption.
If that is the case, then the video below links Akorn as the ANDA holder/manufacturer. DR D stated in this video below, "the ANDA of governing Fluticare was filed by the owner of the RX ANDA, who’s also the manufacturer of the product"
