#42308 RE: Maddy2 #42303

The RS was April 20, 2016. The conversion of 14 preferred series B shares into 35,000,000 common shares was in the 4th quarter (Oct, Nov, Dec) 2016. This isn't rocket science...

There are 8,132 series B shares left (as of 12/31/16 disclosure, Annual Report) that can convert into 20,330,000,000 shares. 20.33 billion common shares.

This is FACT.

No one knows who has the series B preferred shares as it was not properly disclosed (wasn't disclosed at all, Trojan Horse fraud, in my opinion). It doesn't matter if the holder of the series B is with the company or not. They were over 10% of that class of shares and need to be disclosed (another missing little {20.33 billion shares} item 'missed' by the attorney)...

Good day.

My current mission is to get this shit shut down. Wish me luck? Thanks...
