Why would they shut down INMG for accurately disclosing the preferred shares? You have already admitted that the preferred shares were not converted, so wherecis the fraud? The OS and AS are accurately disclosed. Pleae do not threaten SEC shutdowns when you cannot prove fraud. That is defamation, not opinion.
