Well, at that price, he isn't going to sell not one unless it is to the same people buying TPAC shares in the past few months ( a sucker born every minute). The market is saturated with many eBikes below $1000 which for that price, you can get a much better eBike. At $4200 retail, you can get a very nice scooter or even motorcycle. So either your "understanding" is very wrong, or Bill is an inept idiot.
