Absolutely...don't get distracted. I can clearly see the light at the end of the tunnel in my opinion. I wonder how many CEOs have shared stocks with their investors from spin offs? Just think about it.

Buzz, just do what you are doing. The train will soon be leaving the station. I am on board. Don't care to see products. I am happy with your management acumen and fundamentals of the stock.

Agree, and what if the next spinoff was to spin VGID into an new and fully audited IPO, ticker symbol BUZY!!! I saw it before where unless you have all of the financials of the company you merged into you cannot fully audit. Buzzy has figured out how to do this so why not give share holders 1 for 1 share in the next spinoff and then shed this shell which can't be fully audited or uplisted. Now that would be something to look forward to: NASDAQ here we come. Go Buzzy! Go VGID!!
