Agree, and what if the next spinoff was to spin VGID into an new and fully audited IPO, ticker symbol BUZY!!! I saw it before where unless you have all of the financials of the company you merged into you cannot fully audit. Buzzy has figured out how to do this so why not give share holders 1 for 1 share in the next spinoff and then shed this shell which can't be fully audited or uplisted. Now that would be something to look forward to: NASDAQ here we come. Go Buzzy! Go VGID!!
