and i'm pretty sure it's something oncolix has never done.

they are clearly enacting a plan. whether it's a good one or not is still to be seen, but you can't at this point say the CEO is just sitting on his tail doing nothing.

from where i sit, it sure looks like things are happening exactly as they should be. we'll see...
