Based on my research...it seems pretty negative and it could lead to as you said a "A/S" or "R/S" which is not good...but brojazzy warned everyone about it already and it doesn't look good at all...lucky for me I have a small position there or else I would've sell this since it left the penny land.

Agree. No one seems to want to open their eyes. The numbers speak for themselves. If an R/S is announced this is going way down in the trips.
