Oops that's what I meant, mid May. Quarterly financials are due 5-16-2017 with a extension brings it to latest 5-21-17 which is 5 calendar days. Meaning on May 22 or after we should see something. Correct me if I'm wrong. Hopefully the Q1 looks amazing.
