sorry but legislation would bypass the administrative bankruptcy courts

legislation prior written never went through normal bankruptcy

the same congress that took 80% simply take 100% - put a clause in the law that says courts can not interfere - and bye bye

Frankly - a 7 might be good for common and preferred

But what I fear is congressional action as congress and DT are persuaded by TBTF banks to wipe us out - 100%
