There is no confusion. They diluted shareholder value by over 17%. I did the math as suggested ;-)

And yes, that is the formula for determining percentages. It's not MY formula, but thanks for the credits...

Your solution seems to be more alone the lines of:

(105,000,000 / 605,000,000)*100 = 17.35% dillustion

Either way, hope that helps to clear up some confusion.
