I believe the comment was suggesting a $NWAV potential PPS rather than % of dilusion. Something more along the lines of:

X = potential market cap

y = initial shares

z = added shares

A = $NWAV potential PPS

x/(y+z) = A


Your solution seems to be more alone the lines of:

(105,000,000 / 605,000,000)*100 = 17.35% dillustion

Either way, hope that helps to clear up some confusion.
