likwit - Gov't policies are changed everyday. With the right amount of cash, laws will be re-written. I have family in Buffalo NY, where recently they have given way to a Casino in downtown Buffalo. Which , by the way, is very close to Woodstock Ontario. Casino Niagara, which is a native Indian Casino was the first to open in the Buffalo area, granted, on the Canadian side - but now the laws have been changed. Money talks ! So don't be surprised by a Casino venture . If not - NO BIG DEAL ! NEW TOYOTA PLANT SAYS IT ALL ! This land is priceless. They could build a pig farm on this land and it would be worth twice the purchase price that FGFC will "HOPEFULLY" pay for it. (3M I Believe). Land survey should be done by now - I think their just waiting for the BB to finish before any positive PR's - and than KABOOM - Hang on to those shares -
