I live right near where all this is supposedly going down... If someone gives me the info I can find out about the land in Woodstock... I know forsure tho that you cannot build a casino here in Canada unless it is on Indian/Native reserve land ... So unless this property is reserve land there ain't going up a Casino..

However there are numerous other things the property can be used for obviously..
