..li got Morningstar to write up an evaluation on the company,

A little surprised no one commented on this. I'm not sure anyone realizes how difficult it is to get Morningstar to report/buy-in to a report on a penny stock, unless the exec is connected or has a worthwhile story, with credibility, to tell.
