$1.8M is a derivative liability due to toxic notes...that should be all but gone since $1.5M in debt was erased

there's $250k warrant liability which goes away

there's 1.1M in accounts payable

That's $3.15M out of $3.6M in liabilities

we owe nothing abnormal that can't be satisfied easily....no debt issues whatsoever

Look at 2HaveKnowledge's sticky (second from the bottom). It's at least $250k, whether that's the entire amount is doubtful.
