sounds right. Except a good deal for Asia might have added value in that an acquiring company without Asian sales reps might otherwise have to negotiate their own partnership to facilitate distribution in that area anyway.
That was my same thought as well. I sincerely don't think they want to tackle the Japanese market alone, and it doesn't really sound like they're currently in negotiations. Most signs seem to be pointing toward early BO right now IMO.
