My point is that no matter if the product sells, you have to take into account the share structure. This stock has almost one (1) Billion shares outstanding now. Rich destroyed its chance of ever reaching 10 cents with the increase in the O/S. The higher the O/S goes, the lower the pps goes even with good news and revs. That's why the reverse split will happen sometime this summer. This stock had potential. But with a diluting CEO, those days are now over. Rich will ultimately max out the A/S. And shareholders still don't know the situation
with the debtholders. Rich won't even tell Ryan. That speaks volumes.
