I don't understand why this is so complicated to understand.

They have already been issued 25 million shares from the previous conversions...

Please tell me where you calculate an additional 18 million shares need to be issued.

There is no math that would justify the math for that conversion..

The share price has risen exponentially since their last conversion. They were able to convert at what.. a .005 conversion price last time?

To get another 18 million shares they would have had to get a conversion price of .007

Unless they tried to convert in Jan... and waited 3 months to file an arbitration case... they are getting a conversion price of no less than .05
