Share Reserve... at the time of the note exchange, the transfer agent set aside a minimum of 18 million shares.

I don't understand why this is so complicated to understand.

They have already been issued 25 million shares from the previous conversions...

Please tell me where you calculate an additional 18 million shares need to be issued.
