Value_Investor, I would not say the majority of OTC stocks do not have phone numbers/ websites/ e-mails and are severely deliquent in their SEC filings but that being said those stocks that are like VGTL should not be purchased even with throwaway $$$.

Anyway the majority of OTC stocks are just like VGTL: no phone/email contact and no website which is very normal for a OTC Non-Reporting stock!

Bad as penny stocks are, most aren't completely dark. And most weren't used to scam people out of tens of millions of dollars.

Do you even know what Durante did with the shell once he took control in 2010?
