Yulp, that sucks.

Only good thing about VNDM, he wants as much as he can get, but with no volume he will kill the BID to his margin level and stop.

The key is to find his price.

And the Tweet had me wanting to bail and just walk.
MFST should be standing on sales revenue, not dilution.

LOI is only 1/3 of the way to see sales. This has till end of Summer to even get close to seeing a true sale.
MFST is at the LOI/MOU stage.
Next update should be ' initial legal agreements'
2/3 of the process there.
And VNDM shows up. Make me puke. Could be CDEL just using him for a cameo appearance to get shares dumped from retail.
We have seen that twice now.
