The NASDAQ DELISTS 100's of companies a year, if they give PPHM special treatment to this train wreck, it would ruin the NASDAQ's credibility and stature as a legit high tier marketplace.

Well now we can agree on something. NASDAQ's does have credibility and stature as a legit high tier marketplace listing company. If they were to accept the plan of Peregrine, filed under appeal, it would mean therefore that Nasdaq agreed with their logic, and based solely on that information...granted an extension. I agree that there would be no other reason for approval.

I can't find the reasoning of Peregrine saying 1-we do not need a RS to regain compliance because of A,B, and C as outlined in the appeal, and 2-it is not in the beast interest of shareholders because of the information provided. So, I believe you cannot make these statements of "not necessary", then go all the way to the maximum of 1 for 7. If denied the extension, I believe the split would be 2 for 1, or 3 for 1 max. If they wanted to do the RS, it would have already been executed at 1 for 7. I do not think they go to Nasdaq without a very compelling story, and Peregrine will be able to avoid the split. Nothing in this world is 99% certain, and only time will dictate the outcome. In any event, good luck!

I always thought that was a two sided coin. When ever I read the BOD is not buying and how it would increase the PS. I think the flip side is the BOD hasn't sold either.
