They've HAD THEIR YEAR to regain compliance and FAILED. They got their FORMAL DELIST NOTICE.

Their lame 8-K filing, where they state the ole "appeal" trick attempt, the only thing it lists that the NASDAQ is gonna take seriously, is "WE HAVE A REVERSE SPLIT ALREADY APPROVED BY SHAREHOLDERS", LOL !!

What the hell else they gonna say to the NASDAQ, as the company has been DUMPING ENDLESS ATM SHARES into the market at these prices and lower, while ZERO insider buys have occurred?

The NASDAQ isn't gonna grant them some fantasy "special status" based on some future hypothetical bull sh@t "plans", LOL ?

The NASDAQ DELISTS 100's of companies a year, if they give PPHM special treatment to this train wreck, it would ruin the NASDAQ's credibility and stature as a legit high tier marketplace.

Their comical "appeal", IMO, is gonna result in NASDAQ stating, "SPLIT YOUR SHARES TO GET BACK ABOVE $1 BUCK ASAP, or we'll be happy to DELIST you like everyone else who's exhausted their 180 days + additional 180 days grace period, you're nothing special to us."

And it's about 99% certain it's gonna be 1-for-7, as that only gets this POS to around $3.50 a share, which is STILL penny stock territory and STILL makes um pretty much untouchable by any credible "institutional" or "big fund" money, who won't buy any POS under $5 a share typically.

The R/S is as good as done IMO. Simple as that. This "appeal" bull sh@t by KINGER the clown, is just more smoke and mirrors, a delay tactic to buy a few weeks of denial of the inevitable.

They've got no legit ground for any "appeal"? Again, they've had ONE YEAR and couldn't make a lousy $BUCK A SHARE, and the NASDAQ is well aware of that bad reality. They ain't a charity organization, they're a high tier marketplace that's gonna protect their own reputation and uphold their own STANDARDS, STANDARDS PPHM is currently failing to meet.
