Well... check with the Canadian municipalities... involved with the refinery... thus by passing Stan Wilson... and you will see that what has been PR'd is all real... unless you have several layers of Canadian government agencies involved in this theory... and it is all a huge conspiracy and cover up...??? which I doubt... but to stay on the cautious side of things... lets give it some time... and see what starts to transpire...
