I thought the same thing. The pesticide/mold issue has only gotten worse and more prominent over the past year and the Grozone product itself has grown and received organic certification.
Lots has happened since they first started talking to this company so i would imagine the agreement or "agreements" as the PR stated have developed and expanded as well.
We know the deal is with a public non-OTC company... and I'm pretty sure we've already guessed who it is.
... but since the company (that I'm assuming it is) just became newly listed, it's possible that the filings in that country have overwhelmed them. If AMFE put their name in this PR, it would force them to have to put the filing out today.
I can't say this is the reason for sure, but it's possible... which is why they kept asking Roger for more time.
