Whatever some may say and despite their fan crush, I don't think Max Sound has ever claimed to be in the chip manufacturing business. They have claimed more modestly to be a developer, in the Hexagon program. And this 'case study' seems to corroborate this modest claim. Might be something do it. Not half trillion dollar instant money mind you, but something to which some credence should attach.
