I don't see how the commons can be saved too many bond holders and creditors and others higher up the ladder as well as assets being sold off for less than value and not enough funds to settle all folks whether debtors or investors. A big mess. I read an article where THIS is the largest bankruptcy in US history. There might be a pop here and there but this puppy SUNEQ is probably zero in the end. I still give it a 80/20 in favor of the above.

Probably a forced Chapter 7 and zero for commons. Zero for commons anyway.
