Wow again good luck with fake news. BRK should Be careful how they name drop. Need permission for that. They have no contracts and no patent. Just an application. Yes you are correct 3-5 years for a patent and they must answer questions to the patent office on how it all works and comes together as I'm sure you already no that and I'm sure BRK can answer all those questions so your in good hands LOL. Again can't patent what is already considered "Prior Art". Don't understand why you care so much on my thoughts. But good luck.
