Harry what is not public knowledge is the name of the company that filed the FlutiCare ANDA application. I, however, have made a solid prediction that the name of that company is Hikma Pharmaceutical that has a U.S. based subsidiary called west-Ward Pharmaceutical. This is just my prediction based on my own research.

I provided that information earlier this morning to Truetrades, one of your buddies. See post 7980

Nice try though.

gi197845, West-ward OTC fluticasone approved and most likely not the partner. User GT???? already said that Perrigo launched product based on the west-ward ANDA. GT is probably wrong that West-ward has another ANDA filed. No need for another ANDA since many companies have licensed and launched products based on the one ANDA by West-ward. If Innovous did not have a contract, it probably could have licensed one of the approved OTC ANDAs by Apotex or West-ward. The are two other companies with RX ANDAs.

In one of the Damaj's videos from 2015, he mentions Hi-tech Apotex as the company. He said Innovous was velly lucky (Indian accent) to get the rights to Fluticare by Hi-tech Apotex. In newer videos, he said he can not disclose the manufacturer.
