I have seen that standard line in a lot of OTC stocks. It's a common disclaimer. Go to page 7 of the link exact same wording for a stock that is a lot higher than ours right now. I can post other companies as well with the same messaging. Nice scare tactic once again.

Seriously? This boiler plate language can be found in every company’s financials. You know that silly.
