He was just making a valid point about exactly what the CEO said in his very informative PR. Don't get me wrong, I was like you about a week ago. I was really pumped about this stock due to it's low SS, but once I realized I was getting screwed, I quickly changed my tune. I was super stubborn at first thinking that everyone is just bashing the stock so they can short it, but I quickly realized the majority of people on this board were correct. This is not a legit business at all, just a share selling scam.
Think about it, Sprovieri basically said that there is and will be on-going dilution to fund their operations. For the love of god, the man released a PR with the words "GET IT?". I mean cmon, the guy stated that instead of shareholders bitching about dilution and convertible notes, we should help the company by supporting it. In other words, we should help the stock by getting screwed. Tell me what person would buy this after a PR like that?
Red flags are flying high... Real high!
