He is an old guy and does not realize that most people on the OTC are traders instead of investors. An investor will support the company if he sees long term value. A trader does not give a flip about the company. They are all about the charts and the next tick of the stock.
I am not happy about dilution. But I see long term value and I will be buying in the trips if it gets there. It takes all kind to make a market.
