Time to squash this. First they do not meet the requirements to uplist to big boards period! So no reason for an RS there.
2nd the SS is so small now there is no reason to RS for that.
3rd the whole mentioning of the RS was Kistler in the 8K/A which he has no authority to act or say so and the 8K that Redman signed had nothing about an RS. Period!
4th if they wanted to RS they just would have bought a bloated SS and saved themselves hundreds of thousands of dollars instead of buying a shell with a nice SS.
So in conclusion there is no logical reason for the company to RS and reduce their own shares at the same time.
This is a waiting game right now for an official PR to come out which I think Redman will do next week as the quiet period should be over.
Glad I could clear this up with some commonsense for a change.
So let's stop all the fear mongering with talk about an RS that isn't going to happen any time soon.
