The AS is 2B shares which can be confirmed by the NY state! The OS is below 200M shares which was verified by the TA. But the exact OS number and float count are gagged by the TA! There is no way to contact the company to get SS Info. because the listed phone number is the wrong one and the company website has been suspended plus the company email was bounced back without any reply! The latest SS from OTCMarkets.com (see the link below) is obviously obsoleted and meaningless since the current OS and float counts must be much much larger now based on the past heavy dilutions since 02/09/2015 --- see the chart below.
Based on my experience and the past trading volumes since 2015 the OS should be around 100M shares.
