RE: A few comments:

I back track?

Well lets take a look here. If we can agree there is an agreement between IDCC and Nokia {MFL} with out a current finalized rate of pay per unit, we have a start. If you're saying with or without the agreement IDCC currently is getting nothing. Yes, that would be correct. However we do have arb. going forward and we do have by contract and an accrual going back 19mo now that , that certainly will be included in the arb. How it all turns out, you got me. We know what IDCC is owed. We don't know what they will collect.

RE: No, I think there is a lot of room to the downside over the next year or two. Remember, for years the IDCC longs have been saying Nokia is in the bag. I think that belief is what allowed IDCC shares to climb so high recently.

I think we covered the in the bag part, it's an unknown. And yes without question it was one of the parts that caused the price to rise.IMO the biggest part. The company also had a part in that with their comments at the last CC along with a few new analysts jumping on.

RE: Don't try to fool me that there is no downside to failed arbitration!

Wasn't trying to. I think there are several layers of success or failure that could arise from arb. I don't think were going to get 150million. I also don't think we'll get zero either.

RE: By reading IDCC posts over the last couple of years you must admit that a significant amount of posters have placed a certain amount of trust in management. All I'm saying is that trust or credibility is even further diminished with each passing event.

I'm not sure just where they put their trust in, but your right that are many that strongly support the management, I'm not one of them. Regarding loss of credibility, I would think not as much as you believe, but then you have to figure why there was credibility in the first place.

RE: I can't believe you are still furthering this charade. Please inform us, exactly what is slated to be released in 2004 and what part will IDCC play in it?

The last CC gave timelines for the first time on rollout of the long awaited IFX /IDCC chip. Without anything else to go on I go with that. If your saying could it be delayed, sure all I have is what the management stated to go on .

BTW I think you mentioned a new mistrust with Nokia. You didn't get that from me. I have no problem with Nokia nor do I intend to do anything with the Nokia shares I hold. I have them as a minor core holding and there not going to be sold anytime soon.
