I agree, I just looked and TPAC has been around as a publicly traded company for seven years.

Yes, the similarities are striking in many ways.

Interesting that the guy who turned Madoff in says the SEC is incompetent, and warnings are largely ignored by securities regulators.

In fact how he described it sounds exactly like the TPAC saga:

"It was all made up and his story was so fanciful and far-fetched that the SEC should have seen through it immediately. And they didn't."
