The way I figure it, Jasper has been the brainless entity behind everything we've seen from PUGE since it broke onto the scene.
He's been so widely discredited by his peers, only an absolute fool would even consider this thing for investment. The pathetic guy doesn't even get along with his own State ratings agency!
