I'm not sure that anyone could be seriously comparing Ray Kroc to Bill McKay, and why? There's just no comparison.

McDonald's has about 7,500 locations in 31 countries. TPAC has no productive locations in any country. Kroc had 375,000 employees, does Bill have any? Last I heard even the TPACmuse IR was independent. I believe Kroc's fortune was $500 million or more, while Bill is busy borrowing money from TPAC.

We won't even go into how many shareholders Mickey Ds has but I'm going to take a guess that it's more than 48.
