Are you saying they can do it without Snakes and Lattes? That would be false... Snakes and Lattes owns exclusive distribution rights to many board games that come through Canada, including a very popular one, Cards Against Humanity. Cineplex would need to buy from them and I bet they would be charged a very high premium if they tried to go behind Snakes & Lattes backs to make their own version of SNakes & Lattes.
